ABOUT SURE-TECH

charts  About us, Sure-Tech Services Limited was formed in December 2004 to provide management and labour services to the Security Industry.

The company currently employs seventeen persons, all of whom possess strong technical backgrounds and many years of experience in the Security industry at all levels. Three senior consultants and system design engineers are also available to assist with any potential projects and to support existing ones as well.

Sure-Tech services has managed to triple the revenues for its first business partner and turned a loss-making department into a major profit centre for the company. Sure-Tech now provides same day service to more than 90% of its calls, a feat still unmatched by anyone in the local security industry.

Through its business partners, the company has completed installations for all TTPost locations around Trinidad, the Eastern Regional Health Authority

buildings, and for all First Caribbean International Bank locations in Grenada, St. Lucia, Dominica and Barbados.

After three years of providing mainly contract labour and project management services to its partners, the company’s management made a decision to enter the market to compete for its own projects.

The company recognized that in order to fulfil these objectives, it had to terminate the arrangements with its key business partners. This was done and in 2007, Sure-Tech entered the market as a competitor.

This decision met with immediate success as Sure-Tech was awarded major contracts from two of the region’s largest and most prominent banking institutions, First Citizens Bank Limited and First Caribbean International Bank (now CIBC)

Sure-Tech was awarded new installation contracts by First Citizens Bank for CCTV upgrades in six branches in 2009, and handles on site repair and preventative maintenance services for the branches on an ongoing basis.
